The Club Supervisor role:

The Club Supervisor will work closely with the Club Operations Manager and Club General Manager to plan, organise, control and direct the work of employees in the Private Members Club while ensuring consistent and thoughtful service. The ideal Club Supervisor will have a passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience.

The ideal Club Supervisor will have:

Strong ability to lead and train a team to maintain team spirit and quality service.

Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Experience in a Private Members Club beneficial.

Immaculate personal presentation.

Candidate should be knowledgeable in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sale skills.
