GENERAL FUNCTION OF POSITION
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Maintain Department Productivity Records
2. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees: developing personal growth opportunities
3. Ensure all Level of Service are met within the guidelines set by our clients
4. Work closely in coaching the Team Leads to ensure workflow and process flow are managed properly to achieve maximum results for our clients
5. Work closely with onshore staff as well as with Conduent clients
6. Directing or facilitating _client_ deliverables relative to projects
7. Maintain administrative responsibility (i.e. Feps, overtime, access/deletion requests, required security courses, etc.)
**JOB REQUIRMENTS**
1. College degree preferred
2. Must be able to read, write and understand English
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Banking or Accounting experiences a plus
5. Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy rates
6. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
7. 10 keys by touch proficiency
8. Proficient on computers
9. Professional behavior as this position will be privileged to personal employee information
