Supervisor, Utilities

Accountabilities
•    Participates in the implementation of Operations and Maintenance unit policies, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
•    Supervises the day to day operations of Operations and Maintenance department related to one engineering sectors( Group of machines that have similar operating functions : HVAC) providing some guidance in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.  
•    Contributes to the preparation of the Operations and Maintenance unit budget and ensures that the activities within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
•    Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Operations and Maintenance unit activity is carried out in an efficient manner. 
•    Manages the implementation complex plans , ensuring the completion of the necessary tasks/projects and support achieving the unit objectives.
•    Provides technical advise, guidance and oversight in the field of specialty in a defined operational area and participate in preparing contingency plans to ensure the credibility of systems and process.
•    Acts as technical reference for all operations team in the process management in the operations.
•    Conducts process management and optimization studies to enhance quality / cost and minimize process faults and variances.
•    Train subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of the Quality unit activities is carried out in an efficient manner.
