Job Description

You will manage investment across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV). You recognize opportunities to create new ways of working, learn more about the evolving digital and content influence, and help push boundaries for pharma in the Video space.

Independently manage the Video Activation Process across multiple clientsCompile planning costs estimates across portfolioPopulates Planned vs. Purchased document by campaignOversee Buyer on all negotiationsReview all buys once finalizedPartner with APEX on VBS buys/partnersDevelop National Video final buy presentationManage Digital & Linear video partnershipsOversee Buyer & Associate on stewardship tasks such as season to date reportingLead the post campaign posting processConduct and compile post analysis - determines insights and possible effects of dataIdentify campaign execution issuesWork with Planning/Analytics team to develop regular campaign reporting on progress against key metricsBe the main contact for Planning Team requestsCost information, creative questions or programming highlightsManage workloads of Buyer and AssociateKeep team "in the loop" on status of projectsAttend client meetings as requested, and provide follow-up to any internal/client requestsMaintain understanding of client needs and marketplaceDevelop strategic relationships with internal teams (other capabilities) and outside partnersRepresent Video COE in internal and external discussions across important Video topics

Qualifications 3-5 years activation experience; digital experience preferredWorking knowledge of all basic media systems/tools (ie. MediaOcean, Prisma, Spectra/Media Bank)Experience with all areas of National and Local Video, including Linear, OLV, CTV, and AddressableComfortable with presenting, in person and virtually, to client and internal teams.Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation Range: $70,500- $88,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
