Job Summary: The primary purpose of this job is responsibility for the shipping and receiving functions of the facility, ensuring schedules are met to meet customer expectations. Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.

• Maintain specialized Hazardous materials management expertise by ensuring all IATA and DOT certifications are up to date for self and direct reports.

• Prepares sample packages and manage interface with outside testing vendors. Makes recommendation to Product Engineering and Marketing on package specifications and business specific artwork.

• Provides as requested certifications for NAFTA, ITAR, and Country of Origin.

• Interfaces with agencies such as the Department of Transportation and Department of Commerce.

• Manages customer databases and train Associates to update accurately and timely.

• Interface with Sales and Customers on best shipping modes and methods. Obtains freight quotes as needed. • Benchmarks for industry for “best practices” and implements as needed.

• Maintains Power Industrial Truck training records for effected Associates. Schedule as appropriate training for new employees and refresher training for current Associates.

• Inspects loading operations and material handling processes. Review processes and adjust as required to meet GB and industry best practices.

• Maintains inventory accuracy, on time shipments, condition of shipments and completeness of paper work.

• Conducts root cause analysis and problem resolution for all logistics operations.

• Monitors the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods; Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;

• Analyzes data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand; Analyzes logistical problems and produce new solutions. Makes recommendations to upper management in regards to Shipping options and best practices.

• Implements health and safety procedures. • Manages projects as required.

• Manages team of Certified Shippers to support Customer Finished Goods

• Manages the Stockroom and Receiving Teams to receive-in product and distribute to the Production Floor

• Performs other functions as required. • Minimum Experience: 6-8 years experience in Procurement and Planning fields, 4 in a supervisory role Knowledge & Skills:

• Special Skills: Excellent communication and management skills, along with strong organizational skills. APICS certification preferred. ASQC certification preferred. Oracle experience a plus but not required.

• Specialized Knowledge: Experience and understanding of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP). Experience/knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, production scheduling, inventory management, and contract management and negotiation. Experience in the medical device industry strongly preferred.
