Coordinate daily Material Handler duties and assign tasks based on daily priorities. Maintain training records and ensure all team members are in compliance with IVC training requirements. Monitor, correct, and submit time and attendance records daily and at the end of each pay period for all direct reports. Work with department manager to determine daily department goals, then execute. Monitor associate performance and conduct performance reviews within expected timelines. Monitor compliance with cGMP, OSHA, FDA, and other operational guidelines. Responsible for ensuring that team members are accountable to department and organizational standards and policies. Demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and accountability.General Responsibilities

High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1+ years of experience in warehousing within a manufacturing environment. Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years’ experience in warehousing within a manufacturing environmentKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities
