Lead and manage the outbound team to achieve outstanding performance and efficiency.Develop and implement strategies to improve outbound processes and systems.Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement standard methodologies.Monitor and analyze outbound metrics to identify areas for improvement.Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Manage task prioritization to meet operational goals effectively.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a leadership position within a technology-focused setting.Solid understanding of outbound processes, systems, and standard methodologies.Outstanding leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to compete in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
