We are seeking a Supervisor - 1st Shift for a position in Omaha, NE. This position is responsible for exercising independent judgment and supervising \/ directing a group of workers engaged chiefly in one occupation. \n

Essential Qualifications: \n\nMust have valid driver's license\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience required \nPost-offer drug\/alcohol screen and physical evaluation\nJob site safety requirements as required by the client (clean shaven, long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.)\nSafety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.)\nApplicant\/employee must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace\n\n

Functional Requirements:\n\nPerform initial quality checks on all lines before the start of shift\nEnsure all shift paperwork is in order for the line startups\nAssign crews to lines and lead shift startup meeting\nEnsure overall quality and safety\nVerify all paperwork in accurate and completed in a timely manner\nHandle all personnel issues\nDocument any inefficiencies and assist with Lean Ideas\nAbility to adjust plans and manpower on an as needed basis\nPerform additional assignments per supervisor's direction\n\n
