MAU is hiring a CTEC Platform Supervisor in Beech Island, SC. As a CTEC Platform Supervisor, you will lead a team of MAU associates at Kimberly-Clark to meet safety, quality, delivery, and operational objectives within a 24/7 rotating shift environment.

Benefits Package Competitive Compensation Package Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Paid Holidays (11) Paid Vacation Great work environment Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Care Partners Program Health Club Reimbursement Program Additional supplemental benefit programs 401k Salary Continuation Educational Reimbursement FMLA available after 12 months of service Shift Information Full-time position Rotating 13-hour shifts Career Path Platform Trainer Platform Manager Site Manager General Manager Corporate Support Functions Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience Lean Greenbelt Certification Training in Root Cause Analysis General Requirements Ethical Conduct Personal Effectiveness and Credibility Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication, decision-making, and time management abilities Essential Functions Supervise MAU staff assigned to specific production assets Oversee shift scheduling based on production needs Act as a Subject Matter Expert in process improvement Ensure adherence to SQDC standards and legal regulations Manage critical raw materials and process variables Provide leadership and coaching to all MAU employees Sustain Leader Standard Work practices Mediate conflicts between employees and/or customers Mentor associates to drive engagement and development Manage on-shift safety issues, injuries, and incidents Ensure compliance with safety and security standards Conduct post-incident documentation and drug testing Prioritize safety in all operations Control costs and workforce efficiency Drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with GMP, dress code, and company policies Address attendance issues and maintain payroll in KRONOS Lead problem-solving efforts and resolve operational issues Represent MAU in daily Kimberly-Clark CTEC meetings Handle additional customer requests as needed Work Environment and Physical Demands Work in both administrative and manufacturing environments Conditions may vary from non-air-conditioned settings to GMP clean rooms Exposure to process equipment and industrial vehicles Physical Requirements Walk up to 6 miles daily Lift up to 15 lbs Travel Occasional travel, less than 25 miles per month
