Gas Bar Supervisor The gas bar supervisor will supervise production operation in accordance with gas bar and truck stop policies and procedures The supervisor will also ensure smooth production operation during shift Responsibilities Supervises operation in accordance with policies and procedures Trains and coaches gas bar and truck stop employees Conducts employee performance reviews Creates and maintains shift schedule to include work station assignmentsrotations employee training employee vacations employee breaks overtime assignment backup for absent employees and shift rotations Ensures a clean and safe work area Completes shift paper work
