Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

 

 

This will be a Supervisory position. Weekends are required. Shifts are second shifts.

 

Come join us at Syracuse Hancock International Airport as a Supervisor with SP Plus. 

 

We are looking for canidates with supervisor experience.  Experience with parking is a plus but not necessary.

 

In this role you will be in charge of overseeing the operation during your shift, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 

 

You will also be responsible for making decisions and handling issues that may occur during your shift.  

 

Basic Function – Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.

 

Responsibilities

 

Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.Assist with management duties as assigned.Courteously assist customers.Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.Substitute for any position, if necessary.Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.Complete other duties as needed.

 

Qualifications

 

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Additional Information This individual will assist in the managment and daily operation of Syracuse Hancock Internationals parking operation.  The individual should have a proven record of people leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team.  They will also have a background of customer service skills to assist passengers with any parking related inquires.  A background in maintenance is a plus.  We run a 24 hour operation, this position will work second shifts and require weekends.  Drivers license is required.
