COORDINATE/LIAISON. The contractor shall provide liaison support to include all phases of provisions load-out operations, perform quality control to ensure work is accomplished efficiently, safely, accurately, and within scheduled time frame at Sasebo, Japan. Provide project management functions such as ensuring adequate number of personnel provided to meet the requirements.

The contractor shall provide a weekly report of provision loading activity. The following data elements are mandatory:

1-number of cases

2-name of ship serviced

3-cancellations

4-downtime

5-contractor wait time (time contractor waited after planned delivery time)

6-hours expended per load-out

7-number or contractor employees involved in actual load-out actual load time

8-material wait time (time material staged on pier waiting load-out team)

9-rescheduled deliveries

10-total hours expended for ship per delivery
