Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor- Aircraft Appearance, you’ll lead our Aircraft Appearance audit team and ensure our high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency are met.

Schedule, coordinate, and report on standard and non-standard aircraft appearance audits.Conduct aircraft appearance audits to comply with audit schedule.Review team performance and recommend improvements in quality and efficiency.Act as the primary contact for UAX quality matters related to contracted services.Manage the Aircraft Appearance team, optimize audit schedules, and support operational goals.Partner with internal and external teams to address requests and actions promptly.Lead small to medium projects, meeting deadlines, staffing, and expectations.Provide guidance and foster team participation to promote growth and efficiency.Provide job specific training to aircraft appearance audit team.Enhance processes through updated tools, schedules, and working groups.Research, assess, and resolve safety, security, and compliance concerns.Build strong relationships with customers and adjacent partners.
