**Position Summary Details**
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing projects, supervising day-to-day team operations, and ensuring performance goals are met for a designated site. May perform administrative tasks.
SALARY: $24.00/HR

**Responsibilities**
Job Description Includes: - Directs custodial and maintenance operations on the night shift. - Coordinates operations with the Building Manager, APO and the District Manager and ABM Project Manager - Supervise a diverse work force of custodians and general maintenance technicians. - onboards and trains new hired employees on assigned areas. - coordinates absenteeism coverage and cover open areas as needed. - conducts cleaning inspections - Coordinates facility set-ups/teardowns for school activities. - Provide overtime hours reports, PTO days information weekly to support PM payroll functions. - Coordinate onboarding, trainings, performance evaluation, disciplinary and termination of team members. - Coordinates coverage for special projects and events. - Coordinates delivery of human resources and safety initiatives and trainings. - Responsible for following and implementing ABM and schools’ policies and procedures. - Coordinates safety training with employees. - Coordinates supply and equipment inventory. Order supply as needed. - Maintain equipment list and coordinate repairs as needed. - Coordinates summer cleaning projects with Building Manager. - Ability to use computer, email, Microsoft office, Google, systems platforms.
**Qualifications**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods. • Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds. • Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment. • May require working in extreme weather conditions. • Ability to work on tall ladders, lifts, and scaffolds. • Ability to stand, walk, knee, bend, lift for extended periods of time. • Ability to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents. • Candidates must complete a pre-employment background check for the school
