Supervisor Accounting, Cash - Remote
(Full Time, Remote) The Accounting Supervisor, Cash Management is responsible for contributing to the success of the organization by overseeing the work of a team of professionals that supports the organization's cash management activities. **Essential Functions** + Leads and manages a team of accounting professionals, setting goals, managing performance, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive and productive team culture. + Oversees corporate enterprise journal activities + Reviews corporate bank accounts and high profile entries + Oversees the system of internal controls in related area(s) to identify and minimize risk as well as comply with company policies. + Works with Internal and External auditors to provide support and explanations for any selections related to areas of responsibility. + Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors. + Participates in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to areas of responsibility. + Collaborates with other departments, including but not limited to, corporate accounting, legal, tax, and financial operations, to ensure accurate and timely accounting management. + Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and analyzing trends. + Builds and maintains relationships with accounting authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective accounting management. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. **Requirements:** + H.S. Diploma or GED + Minimum 3 years Accounting or Finance experience + General Ledger experience + Advanced Excel skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills **Preferred:** + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Managerial Accountant + Google Suite experience + Oracle experience We know it’s not just about finding a job.
