Position Summary

Supervisor - AV and Network shall primarily be accountable for the Supervision of Operation and Maintenance work for all AV Systems (Audio, Video and Network) for Arena & Convex

Primary Responsibility Manage and troubleshoot all Arena AV and Network equipment and installation. Provide event day operational task and support, ensuring all events are fully supported and executed timely and efficiently. Perform regular maintenance work according to the Operation & Maintenance manual skillfully and carefully. Supervise the stock and requirements of spare parts and accessories to carry out the operation and monitor the process. Acts as liaison between other department and other user departments for AV and Network system related operations, support levels, resource allocation, installations and facility preparation planning.  Implements AV and Network services over a combination of AV systems; manages and reviews user support activities and also monitors problem response and resolutions. Work close with Manager on AV and Network planning and implementation of AV and Network systems; evaluates AV and Network plans as they pertain to in-house technological needs. Lead the troubleshooting and ad-hoc maintenance work in case of equipment breakdown. Requirements Min 5 years of pertinent experience in the fields related to the position IT/Communications/Electronic or Audio-Visual Engineering Degree and/or relevant AV technology training Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment  Ability to effectively interact and communicated with external crews and contractor Previous experience working in a similar AV and Network setting  High competence in cutting edge AV technology Promote teamwork and support within all department members Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
