The Supervisor leads and manages a team of skilled resources responsible for assuring daily management of denials including escalation processes. Supervise denial team to ensure denials are resolved within agreed upon KPIs. Identify and escalate issues impacting ability to support denials processes. Monitor any issues with incoming denials that may require follow up or collaboration with other departments and ensure this occurs until resolution.

Required Qualifications:
