Supervisor CAB Reserve Desk
Overview This position manages a team of associates who support the servicing and operation capabilities of the Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS), Insured Cash Sweep (ICS) and Reserve Desk deposits. Oversees the daily workflow to meet customer expectations and service level standards. Provides guidance, training, and direction on department processes and systems. Implements methods of tracking and reporting performance to aid in the development of process improvements, driving goal achievement through personal leadership and oversight of team activities. Responsibilities Operations - Plans, directs, and manages the daily workflow ensuring efficient processing, risk mitigation, and delivery of excellent service. Assists in implementing enhancements to departmental systems or processes. Assists with preparation of proposals in accordance with Marketing, Legal, and Compliance guidelines for consulting/sales with Property Management Company (PMC) clients and Home Owner Associates (HOA) community boards. Business Support - Serves as a subject matter expert of Reserve/ICS/CDARS products & how they function. Monitors for departmental compliance with applicable policies, procedures, controls, laws, and regulations in a multi-state environment. Supervisory Functions - Oversees the activities of the CDARS/ICS/Reserve Desk team. Assesses work of associates for accuracy, process improvements, and efficiencies. Ensures compliance with department policies and procedures. Manages the performance of assigned staff, which may include mentorship, training, and staff evaluations. Reporting - Track and report on maturing CDARS using the Salesforce tool to focus on pipeline and top priorities. Qualifications Required Qualification(s): Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in treasury management and supervisory in a financial institution OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in treasury management and supervisory in a financial institution.
