Supervisor Care Management - Providence Everett

$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE, averaging 40 hours per week. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p PST. NO WEEKENDS.

The Supervisor position reports to the Manager of Care Management and is responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Social Workers. Supervision includes the daily coordination and management of all assigned Social Work staff to ensure excellence in customer service. The Supervisor develops and implements an operational plan that includes staffing resources, policy and procedures, orientation and education, and quality improvement activities under the direction of the manager.

Required Qualifications: 

Master's Degree in Social Work. Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License   3 years Recent experience dealing with diverse patient populations including various age groups with physical or developmental disabilities, emotional, behavioral, and mental disorders, and substance abuse, or complex care needs. Social Work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Supervisor or lead experience.
