As a supervisor of case management, you will… * Responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of a department. * Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership. * Ensures effective use of system resources. * Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities. * Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule. * Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff. Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: * BSN preferred. * Knowledge of health plan benefit coverage and regulations * Certification of Case Management. * EPIC experience. * ECIN or All scripts experience. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: * Two years of experience in a lead or supervisory role. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management/utilization review, discharge planning, and Millman/InterQual criteria usage. * Proficiency in MS Office software, and ability to quickly learn a variety of case management systems. Required Certification/Registration: * CA RN license. * Current BLS Healthcare from American Heart Association.
