Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve excellence, all while enjoying the benefits of free parking and a schedule free of weekends and holidays. Essential duties: + Lead and manage a team of nurses. + Oversee clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations. + Provide direct patient care (vital signs, medication administration, etc.). + Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and budget. + Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve organizational goals. **Other:** Performs related duties as required.\##MISSIONCRITICAL **Qualifications** **Education/ Work Experience:** + Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing required. + BSN preferred. + Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred. + Within the last five- (5) years, three- (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five- (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred. **Licensure/Certifications:** + Current WA State license as RN required. + Must have a current ACLS and CPR certification.recognized by the American Heart Association. **Pay Range** $42.69 - $61.91 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
