This position plays a key role in the success of the organization in regard to assuring access for patient care and direct supervision of non-clinical staff. Supervisor has oversight of day to day clinic operations supporting efficient patient care.

Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training - Business College or office management training or equivalent educ/experience.  Progressively responsible experience in a medical office or a combination of relevant education and directly related work experience Previous experience managing staff  Experience, education or training in medical records management and regulations, to include HIPAA.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree- in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field.  Bachelor's Degree - in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field.
