Supervisor Clinic RN - Oncology Infusion

The Clinical Staff Supervisor coordinates and manages the clinical support staff and the clinical workflows and activities within the clinic. This position functions as a integral member of the clinic leadership team, bringing the professional nursing perspective to the group and upholding the standards of nursing practice. Oversees the care provided by clinical support staff and initiates efforts to improve the quality and skill levels of the clinical staff members. Leads clinical staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in an efficient, safe, and timely manner that is sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.

Required qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License - for locations in Washington 3 years direct patient care, preferably in an ambulatory setting 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting Preferred qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
