Supervisor Clinical Education - ICU/CSU/CVL

This position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing educational programs that provide foundational instruction and support for their learners to become an expert in their specialty through classroom lessons, simulations, and authentic patient experiences with the support of experienced preceptors.  This role works closely with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, to create an integrated, and consistent structure for nurse onboarding and professional development and to ensure a ready supply of well-prepared nurses for hard-to-fill specialties.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Alaska Registered Nurse License Nursing (from fully accredited program) or,  Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.  8 years - In nursing or equivalent experience in a related field. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Master's Degree - Nursing (from fully accredited program)  or equivalent educ/experience.  Advanced certifications in nursing (NPD-BC) upon hire.  2 years - Educator experience.  1 year - Leadership experience. 1 year - Simulation (high-fidelity and low-fidelity) experience. 1 year - Demonstrated experience and excellence in nursing education and professional development.
