O time de Operações da Wabtec Diafrag responsável pela produção de todas as peças na fábrica.

Como você irá fazer a diferença?

Como membro do time Operações, você será responsável por supervisionar as atividades da área: produção, processo produtivo e qualidade do produto. Cumprir a programação de produção, disponibilizando máquinas, equipamentos e definindo o pessoal necessário. Monitorar os recursos: matérias-primas, insumos, ferramentas e outros. Monitorar e controlar os procedimentos e normas do sistema de qualidade. Contribuir para o processo produtivo, sugerir alterações para reduzir produtos não conformes, tomando ações corretivas nos problemas encontrados. Administrar as pessoas, orientando-as e treinando-as e motivando-as para o desenvolvimento das atividades do processo de produção. Estimular o comprometimento da equipe com as metas da empresa. Organizar os registros da qualidade e de controle da produção, coordenando e integrando operacionalmente todas as atividades, objetivando atender os compromissos assumidos junto aos clientes dentro dos prazos, quantidade e qualidade. Trabalhar seguindo normas de segurança e higiene, qualidade e preservação do meio ambiente, a fim de cumprir os programas de produção.
