The Production Supervisor most be able to control daily results of all the process. Also needs to have a great safety feeling to care of his team and needs to be responsible, dynamic, analyst and passionate for the production results.

Role Responsibilities:

Necessary experience controlling groups of 20 or 30 operators.Necessary experience analyzing production data like PPH, Job rate, worked hours.Availability to role in different shifts.Present data results from daily production.It’s a plus to know the core tools.Problems solving with statistical and logical analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

Industrial / Mechanical /Maintenance engineerMinimum 3 years of experienceIt´s a plus experience in stamping processOffice / OracleExperience in ISO 14000 / IATF

Preferred Qualifications:

Nice to have skills in TRESS SUPERVISORES softwareNice to know how to use measuring tools
