Responsabilidades e atribuições: 

Contribuir para o atingimento das metas da filial através do acompanhamento da equipe de vendas no mercado. 

Manter o relacionamento com clientes da carteira (Gerenciamento da conta, Negociação, Campanhas de preço, Termos e documentos comerciais); 

Garantir o bom atendimento as necessidades dos clientes. 

Elaborar ações de sell out que assegurem o giro dos produtos. 

Prospectar novos clientes para aumentar a base de distribuição dos nossos produtos. 

Acompanhar a situação financeira dos clientes mediante análise. 

Acompanhar a performance dos clientes propondo ações de crescimento. 

Monitoramento permanente das ações da concorrência. 

Supervisionar a atualização da tabela de preços. 

Participar nas tarefas e atuar na garantia de manutenção das certificações de qualidade e meio ambiente 

Realizar análise de tendencias 80/20 e implementar planos de ação definidos; 

Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de Gestão da Qualidade, Meio Ambiente, Segurança, Saúde Ocupacional e Compliance.

Requisitos e qualificações: 

Como requisitos essenciais, você deve ter:

Inglês intermediário 

Disponibilidade para viagens 

Ensino Superior Completo (Administração, Comunicação, Química, Engenharia). 

Experiência mínima de 5 anos no mercado de tinta automotiva 

Relacionamento interpessoal

Você se destaca, se tiver:

Experiência na área comercial, técnica ou customer service 

Conhecimento em Power BI e Excel
