The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal supervisors to join our team at Truist Park Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. The Delta Sky360 Club at Truist Park is the ultimate blend of luxury, entertainment, and exclusivity located directly behind home plate. This all-inclusive venue radiates high energy, expert mixologists, and an ever-changing menu. As a DeltaSky 360 Club Supervisor, you will work under the department manager’s direction to ensure effective club operations, including training and supervision of team members. You may from time to time be working events associated with various departments outside of our regularly scheduled events.

What will you do? Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs Schedule front-of-house team members for events Assist with the hiring, training, and development of team members Ensure associates properly set up events for guests; conduct walk-throughs to check for any issues. Ensure all food presentations and displays meet company standards. Ensure responsible alcohol service and report any violations and that staff are adhering to company policies for alcohol. Inspect areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to More about you A minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required Basic knowledge of food, wine, and spirits is preferred Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and non-event days Physical requirements Standing and walking for entire length of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Shift details
