Supervisor Direct/Field Sales
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Regional Lead to oversee the Pearson Campus Ambassador (PCA) and Faculty Advisor Programs** within a specific region. In this role, you will ensure the successful execution of both programs, aligning them with local market needs and Pearson’s International Higher Education’s strategic goal to drive brand awareness and increase monetization to achieve revenue targets. This is a dynamic leadership role where you will guide a team of Campus Ambassadors and Faculty Advisors, providing them with the tools and support to succeed. PCAs work closely with Pearson teams to deliver on-campus and virtual initiatives, while Faculty Advisors leverage their educational expertise to assist faculty and support Pearson’s customer success and sales efforts. **Key Responsibilities** Program Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Campus Ambassador and Faculty Advisor Programs in your region, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution. Team Support: Recruit, train, and mentor Campus Ambassadors and Faculty Advisors, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align program activities with regional goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor program outcomes using established KPIs, providing regular updates and insights to leadership. Local Engagement: Ensure that program initiatives reflect the unique needs and opportunities within your region. Institutional visits to support live events, meet with PCA, and FA Content and Feedback: Support ambassadors and advisors in creating impactful social media content, providing feedback to enhance their contributions. Customer Insights: Gather and share feedback from faculty, ambassadors, and advisors to help improve Pearson’s products and services. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of experience in program coordination, marketing, or customer success, preferably in the education sector. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations. Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building. Familiarity with digital tools, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Passion for education and a commitment to supporting students and educators.
