**Weekend Day Shift** **Friday through Sunday - 5a-6p** About the Role As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network. What You’ll Do + Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors + Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity + Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service + Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals + Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals + Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards + Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices + Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision + Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers + Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback What Skills You Have Required + Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment + Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems + Bachelor’s or advanced degree + Strong interpersonal communication skills + Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems + Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations Preferred + Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies + Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results + Experience interpreting and managing data + 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc) + 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience + MBA or equivalent experience + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction + Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community
