Supervisor Electrophysiology at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital in Spokane, WA
Under the leadership of the Department Manger, the Electrophysiology Supervisor will plan, lead, organize and control the activities, procedures and staff in the Electrophysiology Lab unit. The supervisor will foster effective working relationships through teamwork, interpersonal communications, care compassion, concern for both staff and public.
Individualizes patient care using age related concepts based on the unit population assigned for neonates (0-1 month) infants (1 month to age 1) toddlers (1-2 years), preschoolers (3-5 years), school age (6-12 years) of adolescents (ages 13-17) and adult patients including early adult (ages 18-35) middle adult (ages 36-65) and older adult (ages 66+) by applying age related concepts including knowledge of growth and development, safety needs, collection and interpretation of data, treatments and care typically required and participating in the evaluation of care. Utilizes age related concepts when communicating with patients and families, scheduling, assigning staff, using medical equipment, participating in diagnostic or other procedures and when teaching patients/families.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology -OR- Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists 5 years of Cath Lab or Electrophysiology experience Washington Radiologic Technologist -OR- Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification National Certified Cardiac Device Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners -OR- National Cardiac Device Remote Monitoring Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners -OR- National Certified Electrophysiology Specialist - International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners -OR- National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography -OR- National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International -OR- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists National Provider BLS - American Heart Association National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association National Certification from International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners
