As Supervisor Energy Conservation, you will be providing leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of employees accountable for the delivery of Enbridge’s Commercial Energy Conservation programs. You would also be accountable to meet or exceed assigned energy conservation results through the successful execution of Energy Conservation programs for specific customer sectors.

What You Will Do:

Provide leadership guidance on day-to-day activities of technical sales team to achieve department goals and targets based on assigned territories and segments which involves a mix of providing hands on expertise and coaching or integrating work provided by team members and specialists.

Oversees a technical sales team that is responsible for developing recommendations to customers that provide the basis for making critical business decisions.

Be a champion for the effective use of Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g. Miller Heiman) for customer interactions to demonstrate effective relationship management. Ensuring completion of required documentation to support future potential audits and verifications.

Provides accurate and timely market outlooks and forecasts for the current year’s delivery results.

Assist in identifying key threats and opportunities to achieve energy conservation delivery targets in assigned segments.

Managing, mentoring and working cooperatively with team members and cross boundary colleagues to complete assigned work safely, accurately and on time.

Revenue Generation: Lead a sales team in meeting or exceeding their annual targets, including maximization of DSM shareholder incentive, new customer/program revenue generation and/or cost-efficiencies that increase shareholder revenues.

Who You Are:

You have the following education and experience:

University degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field with minimum seven years of experience in sales, business development, engineering or Energy Conservation.

Strong communication and leadership abilities including developing people and change management.

Customer and results focused.

Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

Energy Management certification would be an asset.

Working Conditions:

Some travelling (20-25%) is required for this role. A valid ‘G’ License & responsible driving record will be needed.
