Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital in Portage, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES to join our HOUSEKEEPING team!
The Supervisor of Environmental Services provides supervision and direction to EVS staff to establish a strong, well-functioning department. The Supervisor works in collaboration with departments across the organization to serve the customer's needs to ensure a clean and bacteriological safe and environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
HOURS: Full-Time or 1.0 FTE; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Experience/Qualifications
Required knowledge of house keeping standards, practices, regulations, and codes normally acquired through completion of an associates degree in hospitality services, hotel/restaurant management, or a related field. Associates degree in applicable field preferred.Required 1-3 years supervisory experience in related field.Preferred 1-3 years supervisory experience in healthcare.Successful in developing collaborative working relationships.Demonstrated leadership abilities. Strong communication skills.Commitment to excellence and best practice.Able to deal successfully with conflict and difficult issues.Manage resources effectively.Working knowledge of email Word, Excel, Outlook, and supervisory applications.Employee Benefits
