Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services, the Food Services Specialist assist in managing and coordinating the operation of a large and/or multiple food service production/service unit(s). Prepares and serves food as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

Coursework/Training  - Completion of a food service-related program, such as hotel and/or restaurant management or Certified Dietary Manager or 4 years of food service institutional or restaurant management experience. National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association.
