Supervisor Food Services - DIETARY MISSOULA Department, Providence St. Patrick Hospital, Missoula, MT

Under general supervision, coordinates the activities of the Food and Nutrition Services department personnel. Participates in planning menus and utilization of foodstuffs and leftovers, taking into consideration number and types of meals to be served, price fluctuations and frequency of menus. Responsible for quality of food and service. Responsible for pricing, daily reports, cash and cash reports, and cafeteria merchandising. Participates in performance improvement activities. Responsible to insure that staffing is adequate for productivity. Adapts to and sustains culture of continuous productivity. Adapts to and sustains culture of continuous improvement so that continuous quality improvement becomes a part of the daily work routine and environment.

Shift: Full time, Evening shift, 40 hours

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority Within 6 months (180 days) of hire National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association 2 years Supervisory experience
