As a supervisor, you guarantee that the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-voltage switchgear, considering qualitative, scheduling and administrative aspects, to ensure the proper functioning of our devices.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Primary and secondary installation of Onshore and Offshore Gas Insulated Switchgears of per standard operating procedures and always according to the safety regulationsRead and understand technical drawings; able to follow and amend standard work procedures for Gas Insulated Switchgear installationBasic knowledge in (Local Control Cubicles) LCCSupervise the usage of manpower, equipment, and tools on construction siteProficient operation and use of tools and equipment (electrical, mechanical and testing)Comply with our company-values and our internal environmental, health and safety regulations (EHS) and with the relevant organizational processes of the management systemHandover of the installed Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) to the clientCommunication with client and contractor during the installationWeekly reporting to site coordinator and project manager about progress and status

Requirements:

Must be EU citizen and is eligible to work in EU and USElectro mechanic or similar technical trainingPractical knowledge required of electrical, mechanical and testing equipmentCapability and flexibility to work at remote sites (domestically and internationally as required) in adverse weather conditionsReadiness to work on offshore platforms and wind modulesNegotiation skillsLeadership SkillsFluent in English, good knowledge of German
