As **Supervisor GSC SHE** you will be responsible for ensure, within Group Logistics Operation LATAM to all logistics operation, the implementation and compliance of SHE requirements and support on SHE management programs according to DSM-FIR guidelines thus relevant local legislations, establishing programs with timing and monitoring for actions aimed to reduce the operational risks, checking the follow ups and outcomes through programmed audits

**Your key responsibilities**
• Advice local management on SHE issues and support local Management with implementation of SHE controls to mitigate the risks as identified
• Apply and give support on mandatory trainings according to corporate guidelines, law and regulations
• Lead and together with the OPS SHE teams the investigation team in order to identify causes and implement the proposal actions.
• Manage the audit schedule for SHE, Quality and Security, and share the results with the management level and the SHE team
• Work as Transport Safety Advisor of LATAM, bringing the safer way to develop the activities in logistics, according to the best practice of the market and training, according to the international and national applicable laws
• Support and Lead the SHE aspects for Dangerous Goods Transportation for our Warehouses and Local Distribution
**You Bring**
• Experience as a TSA (Transport Safety Advisor)
• Good interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• Have good oral and writing communication skills and the ability to communicate in English, on presentations, face to face and by telephone and e-mail.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferential but not restrictive: chemical, environmental or production engineering).
• Broad knowledge of laws and regulations of SHE matters (OSHA, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) knowledge.
• Technical knowledge to support engineering projects and operational controls, especially for Dangerous Goods.
