**Job Description** Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'i’s only maternity, newborn and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'i’s leader in the care of women, infants and children. With 253 beds, the not-for-profit hospital delivers 6,000 babies a year, and is also a medical teaching and research facility. Specialty services for patients throughout Hawai'i and the Pacific Region include intensive care for infants and children, 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care, critical care air transport and high-risk perinatal care. In this role, you will establish, organize and orchestrate the workflow of the clinical staff and resources to ensure quality service is provided. Your responsibilities include assuming responsibility for the day-today operations, including the oversight of patient care, assisting with the operations and improvement of systems, upholding accountability standards and training staff to meet performance standards. Three (3) years progressive clinic operations experience. Demonstrated leadership ability, including a flexible approach, good planning, organizational skills, and follow-through. **Preferred Qualifications:** Current Hawai‘i LPN or RN license. Budget and finance experience, familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT coding, and health care management experience is preferred.
