What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for performing your position’s responsibilities in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations culture by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness in all interior and exterior public areas of the entire property and to supervise Common Area Attendants. maintaining proper working relations within the department and with other operating departments on property and for providing outstanding guest satisfaction. Ensure the timely delivery of guest and housekeeping requests and maintain the highest cleanliness standards for the property. Customer-oriented and welcoming. Organized and dependable with leadership experience or proven capability to lead. Maintain a high-level of performance and follow standard operating procedures to achieve excellent audit scores.
