Accountabilities:
Gain good understanding of the business to be able to monitor and evaluate accuracy of work, identify opportunities to develop people, improve processes and drive resultsManage day-to-day operations including queue and staffing management to ensure overall department operations meet service level objectives and metrics i.e., 12 Hour TAT, 10 ReportProactive and highly motivated with strong performance management skills to ensure employees meet production, accuracy, and efficiency requirements to meet SLAs.Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actionsManage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the ManagerProcess audit – support annual process audit activitiesOperations Standard – support compliance with established processesComplete other duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree holderMust have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organizationStrong organizational, prioritization and delegation skillsProven problem solving and analytical skillsMeticulous and project management skillsNo supervisor experience necessary BUT proven success in managing people and performanceRELA 1.0 Graduate is an advantage but not required
