Supervisor I, Operations Management
Job Summary: + Gain good understanding of the business to be able to monitor and evaluate accuracy of work, identify opportunities to develop people, improve processes and drive results + Manage day-to-day operations including queue and staffing management to ensure overall department operations meet service level objectives and metrics i.e., 12 Hour TAT, 10 Report + Proactive and highly motivated with strong performance management skills to ensure employees meet production, accuracy, and efficiency requirements to meet SLAs. + Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actions + Manage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the Manager + Process audit – support annual process audit activities + Operations Standard – support compliance with established processes + Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree holder + Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization + Strong organizational, prioritization and delegation skills + Proven problem solving and analytical skills + Meticulous and project management skills + No supervisor experience necessary BUT proven success in managing people and performance + RELA 1.0 Graduate is an advantage but not required LexisNexis, a division of RELX, is an equal opportunity employer: qualified applicants are considered for and treated during employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship status, disability status, protected veteran status, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
