We are looking for Production Supervisor to join our Bermudez Team. **How You'll Help Us Connect the World** Under direct supervision, coordinates and manages the group leaders of their different assigned areas, the scope of this position may have interference in one or more areas, could cover several shifts, cover areas discovered by contingencies, among other points. The position is qualified to cover the position of Supervisor III in absences due to vacations or any other reason and to be in charge of Supervisors I Under indirect supervision, he coordinates and monitors the activities of the production collaborators in charge of manufacturing the different products that are run in the assigned areas. It focuses on maintaining and/or increasing standards according to the metrics established in the organization. Prepares and performs the shift change by providing feedback and giving status of the process (production orders, sales, materials, quality, safety, order and cleanliness, among others). **Projects:** The day's work must be scheduled and/or planned, priority and order must be established based on the production orders released in its different areas. **Directs:** It includes delegation of authority and decision-making, which implies that the supervisor must maintain good human relations with his collaborators and in general with the support departments, ensuring that his instructions are clear, specific, and complete. **Develops:** It has the responsibility to constantly improve its staff, developing their skills at work, studying and analyzing work methods and developing training plans for new and old personnel, thus raising the efficiency levels of its employees, motivating them towards work, increasing job satisfaction and achieving high-quality work. likewise, better productivity can be achieved. **Controls:** To create awareness in all its collaborators so that each of them is the controllers of its management, with the supervisor then acting as a conciliator of all the objectives set. You must constantly evaluate to detect the degree to which plans are being achieved. Provides timely follow-up on aspects related to performance and internal work regulations, executes policies and promotes the organizational culture based on compliance. **Skills Required** Process and Human Resources Management ISO 9000 Procedures Microsoft Office Packages Troubleshooting methodologies (3L's/5W's, 8D's) Lean Manufacture, 5S's SAP (Production Module) Strategic planning Assembly processes Communication Conflict management Guide to Ethical Conduct Teamwork **Related Education & Experience** Degree in Engineering or related area.
