Supervisor - Imaging Business Services
Overview We are seeking a Supervisor of Imaging Business Services to be a part of our team! The supervisor is accountable for delivering high quality, efficient and effective coordination of services for our Imaging business customers system wide. This leadership role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our products and services are customer-friendly, market leading and consistently add value to the organization and communities we serve. In conjunction with service line and local leaders, this position is responsible for establishing operational plans, leading change, directing service operations, and executing action plans to achieve performance objectives. This position will manage day to day Fairview Imaging business services and scheduling operations. Leading the identification and implementation of continuous quality improvements, including but is not limited to data analysis, industry best practice, process improvement methodologies, clinical and technical partnerships, and consumer focus groups. This role is accountable for oversight and support for Imaging Customer Service Team including Scheduling Coordinators, Trainers, and other functional roles as appropriate. Coordinates operational scheduling, policy, and performance processes and documentation Creates an environment that prioritizes exceeding the needs of our customers Takes actions to meet and exceed the needs of customers Partners with medical, technical, and operational stakeholders to establish high quality outcomes Anticipates provider and technical team needs and assures that innovations are appropriate to maximize efficiency, capacity and customer demand Effectively aligns resources with operational priorities Manages Planning and Performance Develops business/financial reports in support of system/strategic planning and organizational planning.
