Responsibilities
Provides administrative and secretarial supervision and support to the Hospital President Medical Director and physician leadership supervising and coordinating the operations of the administrative office including the supervision of the Administrative Assistant.Assesses and makes recommendations regarding staffing operational and capital budget needs and monitoring the operational budget supply costs overtime catering phone and office coverage travel and corporate expenses.Researches and prepares various reports for the President Medical Director and physician leadership researching and preparing application packets whenever the need arises to re-apply for various hospitals licenses certificates and compliance statementsFacilitates periodic Administrative Team meetings on key issues to assure performance improvement quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Associate of Arts degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
