Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com. **Responsibilities:** Under the supervision of the Director, Medical Management, the Supervisor, Integrated Case Management (ICM), is responsible for the daily oversight of the Case Management unit providing clinical direction, organization, and monitoring of all case management services. ;Responsible for direct supervisory oversight of staff conducting case management screening, care coordination, case management and other supportive functions. ;Assists in carrying out the plans and daily operations of the Case Management unit. ;Provides unit and departmental leadership. **Education/Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree; + Master’s Degree + Certified as a Case Manager, preferred + An unrestricted license to practice nursing/medicine in the Plan’s state and any other state in which he/she works + 1-3 years field supervision + 3-5 years case management + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
