Overall responsibilities and duties:

生产主管的职责是管理几个自治生产小组（GAP）的生产绩效、人员问题和健康、安全与环境（HSE）标准The role of a Production Supervisor is to manage the production performance, personnel issues and the Health, Safety&Environment (HSE) standards of several Autonomous Production Groups (GAP).

The main missions of the role are:

领导指定团队的质量成本与交付（QCD）绩效：Lead the Quality Cost & Delivery (QCD) Performance for designated groups：

指导QCD计划：设定目标，实施计划，跟踪每日结果，在资源规划中进行适当调整，以达到预期的结果Direct QCD initiatives: set targets, implement plans, track daily results, make appropriate adjustments in resource planning in order to attain desired results推动改进行动：与自主生产部门经理、其他班次的生产主管进行沟通，并支持职能部门确保透明的信息流，协作定义改进领域和精确的行动计划Drive actions for improvement: communicate with the Autonomous Production Unit Manager, Production Supervisors of other shifts, and support functions to ensure a transparent information flow, collaborate to define improvement areas and precise action plans管理团队绩效：了解团队问题，与团队成员一起确定绩效改进领域，推动团队合作，领导问题解决小组，领导质量改进方法研讨会（5S、TPM、6M…）Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality improvement methods (5S, TPM, 6M…)

管理所分配团队的人事问题：Manage the personnel issues of the assigned team：

确保日常团队管理：确保适当的员工人数，确保遵守标准化的工作方法，确保在场回答问题或解决问题Ensure daily team management: assure appropriate headcount, ensure the respect of standardised work methods, assure presence on the floor to answer questions or address problems发展团队：确保适当的人员配置、整合新团队成员、培养个人发展计划、建议和安排适当的培训、确保准时进行工作评估等Develop the team: ensure proper staffing, integrate new team members, foster individual development plans, advise and arrange for appropriate training, assure punctual job evaluations, etc.

确保工作条件完全符合集团HSE标准：Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards:

在存在安全风险的情况下干预生产线，并推动工作条件和人体工程学的改善interfere in production line in case of safety risks and drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics.

人员职责Staff responsibilities :

遵守公司各项HSE规定，遵守作业指导书要求，服从管理人员的管理，未经授权和培训禁止操作相应机器Comply with the HSE regulations of the company, comply with the requirements of the operation instructions, obey the management personnel's management, do not operate the corresponding machine without authorization or training参加公司组织的各项培训，认真学习，确认理解并遵守Attend various training organized by the company, study carefully, confirm understanding and abide by按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品，爱护并维护Wear PPE as required, care and maintain按照要求进行每班开班前安全装置首件检查，经班长签字确认才能开班生产，遇到有安全问题的机器，立即停止并汇报上级According to the requirements of each shift before the start of the first safety device inspection, the shift production can only be signed by the monitor, encountered safety problems of the machine, immediately stop and report to the superior清楚应急围堵小车的使用方法，及时围堵现场的不安全状态并且报告Clear the use method of emergency containment trolley, containment of the site in time and report unsafe status遇到火灾，地震等紧急情况，及时撤离到公司制定的安全集合点In case of fire, earthquake and other emergencies, evacuate to the safe gathering point established by the company有权拒绝违章指挥，对其他不安全作业和行为及时制止，并报告Have the right to refuse illegal instructions, stop other unsafe operations and behaviors in time, and report发生事故或者Nearmiss及时报告上级，配合事故调查Report the accident or Nearmiss to the superior in time and cooperate with the accident investigation
