Je zorgt ervoor dat alle geldende veiligheidsmaatregelen strikt opgevolgd worden en stuurt bij waar nodig.Je zorgt ervoor dat alle procedures nageleefd worden om zo onze klanten een product aan te bieden van topkwaliteit.  We leveren o.a. producten aan farma klanten en een groot deel van onze producten worden afgevuld in cleanrooms.Je werkt nauw samen met planning om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen in je afdeling.  Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste lokalen vrij zijn en je voorziet de juiste personeelsbezetting om je planning af te werken.Je kan je werknemers warm maken om hun werkomgeving ordelijk en proper te houden : je gebruikt hiervoor het 6S programma.Je stuurt een team aan van ongeveer 10 medewerkers en een assistent.Je bent de sturende kracht in het verhogen van de productiviteit : je gebruikt hiervoor de kaizen systematiek en denkt ook mee over de grenzen van je afdeling.Je denkt mee na over de optimalisatie van werkprocedures.Je werkt mee aan nieuwe projecten ism ons Custom Made Solutions team : je input is belangrijk om tot de meest efficiënte oplossing te komen bij nieuwe afvullingen op vraag van klanten.

JE VAARDIGHEDEN, KENNIS EN ERVARING

Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor in een technische richting of chemie of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in leidinggeven.Je kan je uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands, kennis van Frans en Engels is een pluspunt.Kennis van lean is een plus : 6S, kaizen, Tiered Daily Management, A3 reporting.Kennis van SAP is een plus.Goede kennis van MS office, in het bijzonder Excel.  Je bent in staat om data te verwerken en te analyseren om zo verbetervoorstellen uit te werken en je afdeling naar een hoger niveau te brengen.De handen uit de mouwen steken schrikt je niet af : je bent bereid regelmatig mee af te vullen om je proces volledig onder de knie te krijgen en zo verbetervoorstellen uit te werken.  Een technische achtergrond of relevante technische ervaring is hierbij een plus.Je gaat zeer nauwkeurig te werk, bent positief ingesteld en hebt een uitstekend verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent assertief.Ervaring in veranderingsmanagement is een pluspunt.
