The Maintenance Supervisor will manage maintenance technicians and staff on multiple working shifts, including hiring qualified personnel, providing performance feedback, and top grading them as required.
Role Responsibilities:
Effectively troubleshoots problems, performs root cause analysis, and seeks appropriate solutions to critical issues.
Assists with maintenance technicians' maintenance work and provides them with necessary and efficient solutions.
Responsible for managing maintenance technicians and staff on multiple working shifts, including hiring qualified personnel, providing performance feedback, and top grading them as required.
We are providing training to staff as needed.
Develops short- and long-term range plans for preventative and predictive, facility, and machine maintenance.
Preventative and predictive maintenance plans are a critical part of this position.
Schedules maintenance technician work assignments and activities and communicate expectations.
Plans, schedules, and monitors maintenance and repair activities.
Requisition of parts and supplies and coordinate with other departments to ensure minimum downtime for production.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of manufacturing or maintenance experience
2+ years of leadership experience.
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience of maintenance system management.
Ability or willingness to learn to operate typical industrial equipment (e.g. powered industrial trucks, forklifts).
Project management experience, especially procurement of capital equipment.
