The role:
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee mechanical work in a complex industrial environment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. You will manage subcontractors, supervise maintenance and installation activities, and coordinate with other teams to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical work execution and ensure compliance with standards Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily activities Perform quality control on completed work Ensure alignment between various teams and scopes of work Support safety initiatives and maintenance procedures

Qualifications:

Technical background (MTS/HTS) 10+ years in a similar role Strong hands-on approach and leadership skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluent in Dutch and English
