Supervisor Nuclear Medicine

**Responsibilities**
Performs all routine imaging procedures including Nuclear Cardiology, dynamic flow studies, and SPECT according to policies and procedures established by the nuclear physician. Administers radioactive materials to patients and performs and records required quality control to maintain license. The Nuclear Medicine Supervisor will utilize the designated Radiology Information System (RIS), Patient Archiving System (PACS) as well as computerized time keeping and ordering systems. Duties include the supervision of greater than 10 technical and clerical staff members in multiple locations.

**Salary Range: $92,749 - $114,573 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)**
**Qualifications**
**Education**
Required: Graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine program. Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare sciences, business or human resources.
**Experience**
Required: Minimum of 5 years technical experience to include regulatory and quality control responsibilities.
Preferred: Prior Kelsey-Seybold experience.
PACS and RIS experience.
**License(s)**
Required: Texas Medical Board Medical Technologist- General Certificate; NMTCB or ARRT (NM), or registry eligible.
Preferred: N/A
**Special Skills**
Required: Ability to use computer keyboard and basic programs to generate department reports.
Preferred: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
**Other**
Required: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Documented evidence of leadership abilities. BLS through American Heart Association
Preferred: N/A
